Sheltering Tree Birhtday Card

I hope you’re all having a wonderful Tuesday. I feel like this week is already going by so fast. I planned on sharing this card with you yesterday, since I am spending today packaging up all of the kids’ class treats; but that didn’t happen. I had so many errands to run yesterday!

I feel like my color combination is a little odd considering the beautiful spring weather we’re having here. Don’t these colors make you think “fall”? I’m thinking this is a card I will have to hang on to until the seasons change LOL. I tried something a little different and popped up the whole card front instead of just a single accent piece. I attempted to take a good photo of it for you. This is the best I could get.

I am so unbelieveably excited to be attending OnStage Local in San Diego this weekend! For those of you who are unfamiliar with OnStage Local, it’s a big event that Stampin’ Up! puts together for us demonstrators featuring some fun crafting time, a chance to meet some other amazing demonstrators AND a time for us to get a sneak peak at the new annual catalog! The best part is we get to order early for attending!! Isn’t that awesome-ness?!? Confession: As awesome as all of this sounds, this is my first time away from my family alone! We totally believe in a ‘buddy system’ around here LOL. I think I might be a little sad not having them around all weekend.
